Now, the world-famous Chinese brand Ganzo was founded over 20 years ago in the city of Yangjiang, Guangdong Province. Then it was a small group of specialists who were really passionate about the idea to produce quality and affordable price knives.
The company began to grow rapidly, almost immediately after the release on the national market, since its products are of high quality. Great conversation piece around the braai. This is not a ordinary knife shape, very sharp and great for meat

as mentioned by another reviewer, this knife gets attention. Used it when cooking as it was close to hand - slicing peppers it was better than my chefs knife - the sharpness meant it does precision work very well. The weight of the blade and the overall knife adds to its usefulness in a variety of situations. Definitely my favourite in the range so far. Oh, and its perfect with biltong. the longer handle makes for my hands a comfortable fit and I had a lot of vegetable prep to do and it was easy to use. I understand why people recommend as a camping knife as well. I will be taking this to braais often. Not an EDC for me though. Too heavy in a shorts on a Sat. May give the wrong/right impression!
Nice knife
This knife is very sharp out of the box and has a nice feel in the hand, opening and closing the knife is something you need to get ussed to but not a bad knife at all.
