Brinyte Traffic wand
This is a spectacular piece of gear, it fits the Brinyte PT 18 like a glove, it will work on any light with a similar diameter lens as the PT 18. The amazing thing about this wand is the amount of ambient light it gives when the torch is turned on, one could imagine that the wand increases the lumens , which off course, it does not. It provides great light during power outages.
A surprisingly good light.
Let me start off by saying I really like this torch so much so that it is currently on duty on my nightstand. This isn't a floodlight or a thrower. The square beam pattern doesn't shine particularly far nor does the flood flood particularly wide. The UI is really simple. High, low or strobe. That's it. The light however feels really solid in the hand and due to it being only 600 lumens it shines a long time on a single charge. It also doesn't get all that hot. This is the torch you take fishing or camping. This is the torch you give to your kid because you don't want to risk your expensive lights. Whenever im looking for something in the garage or need a flashlight for something quick, 7/10 times I grab this one. If you are looking for something that shines mind blowingly far or eye scorchingly bright then this isnt it. But if you want a reliable light for everyday use around the house this is your guy.
Really cool little penlight.
It shines quite brightly at highest output. The batteries are normal AAA so its really easy to replace.
Ive put mine in a Strauss and Co carrier along with a knife and that makes it a super convenient EDC package. All in all a really neat little light.
