The Pioocan L2 (by Wuben) is a compact tail-switch pocket light with a P8 LED. Maximum output is 1 200 lumens. Throw is 115 metres. Peak intensity is 3 300 cd. Colour temperature on the spec graphic is 6 500 K.

Length is 94.5 mm (3.72 in). Head diameter is about 20.3 mm (0.8 in). Weight is 60 g. A dual-direction clip holds the light on a pocket, hat brim, pack strap or belt.

Four modes: High, Medium, Low and Strobe. Max claimed runtime is 9 days. Exact High / Medium / Low lumen steps and per-mode runtimes are not printed on the supplied spec sheets.

Controls:

• Single click the tail button: on / off
• Tap the button: cycle High → Medium → Low
• Double-tap: Strobe

Power is dual-fuel. The included cell is a 750 mAh 14500 Li-ion (2.78 Wh, 3.7 V) with a built-in USB-C port. Charge the cell on USB-C: red while charging, green when full. The light also runs on a standard AA alkaline or NiMH cell if the 14500 is empty.

Body is hard aerospace-grade aluminium. Rating on the supplied graphics is IPX6 and 1 m drop. A HOT mark sits on the bezel.

Do not stare into the beam. The head can get hot on High. Keep the light away from children. Charge the 14500 cell only with a suitable USB source. Do not charge alkaline cells.
