High-Capacity Power for Tactical Flashlights

It consists of two 32650 batteries with a total capacity of 6500mAh at 7.2V, providing extended runtimes for the Watchdog’s various modes:

• High: 2300 lumens, 2.96 hours
• Medium: 760 lumens, 5.32 hours
• Low: 160 lumens, 28.4 hours
• Firefly: 10 lumens, 14 days

The battery pack supports the Watchdog’s magnetic charging system, allowing for easy recharging without removal, though a compatible charger (not included) is required. Its lithium-ion chemistry ensures multiple recharge cycles, making it a cost-effective choice for high-drain devices, though users should ensure proper charging to avoid over-discharge, which can reduce battery lifespan. This makes it a reliable power source for the Watchdog OD-XLT, though its specific compatibility limits its use to this model.

Durable and Lightweight Design
The Powertac Watchdog Replacement Battery is built for durability, featuring a robust casing that protects against impacts and environmental factors, making it suitable for outdoor use in rugged conditions. It weighs approximately 200g, adding to the Watchdog OD-XLT’s total weight of 798g, which is substantial but manageable for tactical setups. The battery pack is designed to fit securely within the flashlight, ensuring a stable connection during use, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C, suitable for various environments like cold weather operations or hot climates. Its compact design integrates seamlessly with the Watchdog’s body, though users should handle it carefully during installation to avoid damaging the battery contacts. This makes it a durable, high-capacity option for powering the Watchdog OD-XLT, though users should store it in a cool, dry place to maintain its longevity.

Designed for Tactical and Outdoor Use
The Powertac Watchdog Battery for Tactical Use is tailored for the Powertac Watchdog OD-XLT, a flashlight designed for hunting, search-and-rescue, and tactical operations, offering a maximum output of 2300 lumens and a 1050m throw. For example, it can power the Watchdog’s High mode for nearly 3 hours during a night hunt, ensuring reliable illumination for spotting game, or provide up to 14 days on Firefly mode for extended emergencies. The battery’s high capacity supports the Watchdog’s multi-color modes (white, red, green, blue), making it versatile for tasks like preserving night vision (red) or minimizing spooking game (green). Its compatibility with the Watchdog’s IPX8 waterproof rating (submersible to 1m) ensures reliability in wet conditions, though the flashlight’s 798g total weight may require mounting for prolonged use. It’s ideal for law enforcement, hunters, or anyone needing a dependable power source for their Watchdog OD-XLT, providing a high-capacity, long-lasting solution for outdoor and tactical scenarios, though its specific design limits its use to this model.
