For example, its 2000-lumen output can illuminate a path up to 251 meters during a night hike, ensuring reliable visibility, while its RGB and white side lights add versatility for various tasks. With built-in USB-C charging, a dual-switch interface, and a durable build, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Sofirn IF24 for Outdoor Use suits campers, hikers, and EDC enthusiasts.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use
The Sofirn IF24 features a Luminus SST40 LED for the main beam and additional COB white and RGB side LEDs, delivering a maximum output of 2000 lumens with a beam throw of 251 meters, powered by an included 18650 Li-ion battery (3000mAh). It offers multiple modes, controlled by a rotary switch and side e-switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

• Main Beam (Turbo): 2000 lumens for approximately 1 hour (steps down to manage heat)
• Main Beam (High): 600 lumens for approximately 2 hours
• Main Beam (Medium): 150 lumens for approximately 5 hours
• Main Beam (Low): 10 lumens for approximately 20 hours
• Side White Light: 550 lumens (runtime not specified)
• RGB Side Light: Varies by color (20-40 lumens, runtime not specified)
The flashlight charges via a built-in USB-C port in about 2.5 hours with a 5V/2A charger, with a charge indicator (red while charging, green when full). It is IP66 waterproof and 1m impact-resistant, with thermal regulation to prevent overheating, though it may get warm on Turbo, requiring careful handling. This makes the IF24 a versatile choice for outdoor use, though users should manage heat and ensure proper battery fit.

Durable and Compact Design
The Sofirn IF24 is constructed from aluminum with a matte black finish, offering durability for outdoor conditions like camping or hiking. It measures approximately 126mm in length with a diameter of 27.5mm, weighing 95g without the battery (approximately 130g with the included 18650 battery), making it pocket-friendly for EDC. The flashlight features a one-way pocket clip for secure carry, a magnetic tail cap for hands-free use, and a smooth body design, though the clip may snag on fabric, suggesting careful placement, and the magnetic base may weaken over time with frequent use. This makes the IF24 a durable, compact choice for outdoor use, though users should handle the clip and magnet with care.

Designed for Outdoor and EDC Use
The Sofirn IF24 2000 Lumen 251m Throw Rechargeable Flashlight with 18650 Battery for Outdoor Use is tailored for campers, hikers, and EDC enthusiasts needing a reliable, multi-functional light for outdoor activities, emergencies, or daily tasks. For example, its RGB side lights can serve as a beacon or mood light, while the 20-hour low mode ensures extended use for reading, though the rotary switch UI may require practice to navigate modes, and the lack of a lockout function necessitates unscrewing the tailcap to prevent accidental activation. The IP66 rating, USB-C charging, and dual-emitter design enhance its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity. The IF24’s affordable price, included battery, and versatile lighting options make it a practical choice for outdoor scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for UI familiarity and heat management.
