The Sofirn SC13 1300 Lumen 217m Throw Rechargeable EDC Keychain Flashlight is a compact, budget-friendly light designed for everyday carry, ideal for camping, hiking, and emergency use. For example, its 1300-lumen output can illuminate a small area or path up to 217 meters during a night hike, ensuring reliable visibility. With USB-C charging, a lockout function, and a durable build, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Sofirn SC13 for Outdoor Use suits campers, hikers, and EDC enthusiasts.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use
The Sofirn SC13 features a Luminus SST40 LED, delivering a maximum output of 1300 lumens with a beam throw of 217 meters, powered by a single 18350 Li-ion battery (1100mAh, included with some versions). It offers six modes, controlled by a side switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

• Turbo: 1300 lumens for approximately 1.5 hours (steps down due to heat)
• High: 400 lumens for approximately 2.5 hours
• Medium: 150 lumens for approximately 5 hours
• Low: 30 lumens for approximately 15 hours
• Moonlight: 1 lumen for approximately 50 hours
• Strobe: 1300 lumens (runtime not specified)
The flashlight charges via a built-in USB-C port in approximately 1 hour with a 5V/2A charger (cable included), featuring a battery indicator (green for good, red for low). It is IP68 waterproof (submersible to 2m) and 1m impact-resistant, with a lockout function (triple-click to activate) to prevent accidental activation, though it can get warm on Turbo mode, requiring careful handling. This makes the SC13 a versatile choice for outdoor use, though users should manage heat and ensure proper battery insertion.

Durable and Compact Design
The Sofirn SC13 is constructed from AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a Type III hard-anodized finish, offering durability for rugged outdoor conditions like camping or hiking. It measures 64.6mm in length (2.54 inches) and weighs 40g (1.41 oz) with the battery, making it ultra-lightweight and pocket-friendly for keychain carry. The flashlight features a Fresnel optic for a broad beam, a sturdy pocket clip for secure attachment to gear, a lanyard for added security, and a magnetic tail cap for hands-free use on metal surfaces, though the clip can rotate to cover the switch, which may affect accessibility if not adjusted properly. This makes the SC13 a durable, compact choice for outdoor use, though users should adjust the clip for easy access.

Designed for Outdoor and EDC Use
The Sofirn SC13 1300 Lumen 217m Throw Rechargeable EDC Keychain Flashlight for Outdoor Use is tailored for campers, hikers, and EDC enthusiasts needing a reliable, compact light for outdoor activities, emergencies, or daily tasks. For example, its magnetic tail allows hands-free use on a car hood during repairs, while the 50-hour Moonlight mode ensures extended use for reading, though the lack of a detailed battery direction indicator may confuse some users during insertion, and the proud switch design can lead to accidental activation if not locked, suggesting careful storage. The IP68 rating, simple UI with shortcuts to low, maximum, and last-used modes, and dual power flexibility (18350 or standard 18350 batteries) enhance its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity. The SC13’s affordable price, USB-C charging, and keychain compatibility make it a practical choice for outdoor scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for switch management and battery care.
