The Wurkkos DL40 5000 Lumen 400m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight with 2x 26650 Batteries is a professional-grade light designed for underwater use, ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling, and emergency underwater tasks. For example, its 5000-lumen output can illuminate a path up to 400 meters underwater, ensuring reliable visibility. With a magnetic side switch interface, a robust build, and included external charging, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Wurkkos DL40 for Outdoor Use suits divers and underwater enthusiasts.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use
The Wurkkos DL40 features four LH351D LEDs with a 5000K color temperature and 90 CRI, delivering a maximum output of 5000 lumens with a beam throw of 400 meters, powered by two included 26650 Li-ion batteries (5000mAh each). It offers multiple modes, controlled by a magnetic side switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

• High: 5000 lumens for approximately 2 hours
• Medium: 1500 lumens for approximately 4 hours
• Low: 450 lumens for approximately 12 hours
The flashlight requires an external charger for the included 26650 batteries, with charging time varying based on the charger (approximately 5-6 hours with a 1A charger), and includes a power indicator that adjusts brightness automatically when the driver temperature reaches 50°C. It is IPX8 waterproof (suitable for depths up to 100 meters) and features Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology, though it may warm up during extended use, requiring careful handling.

Durable and Compact Design
The Wurkkos DL40 is constructed from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum alloy with a Type III hard-anodized finish, offering durability and corrosion resistance for underwater conditions like scuba diving or snorkeling. It measures 201.1mm in length (7.92 inches) with a head diameter of 61mm (2.40 inches), weighing 367.8g without batteries (approximately 867.8g with the two included 26650 batteries), making it suitable for dive gear carry. The flashlight features a smooth reflector, a magnetic side switch, and an adjustable lanyard for added security, though its size and weight may require secure attachment to avoid loss underwater.

Designed for Outdoor and Diving Use
The Wurkkos DL40 5000 Lumen 400m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight with 2x 26650 Batteries for Outdoor Use is tailored for divers and underwater enthusiasts needing a reliable light for diving, snorkeling, or emergency underwater tasks. For example, its IPX8 rating supports dives up to 100 meters, while the 12-hour low mode ensures extended use for exploration, though the magnetic side switch UI requires practice to cycle modes (single click to turn on/off, hold to cycle), and the lack of onboard charging necessitates carrying an external charger. The robust construction with a toughened mineral glass lens enhances its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity and rinse it with fresh water after use to maintain performance. The DL40’s affordable price, included batteries, and waterproof design make it a practical choice for underwater scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for charging logistics and switch familiarity.

• 2x 5000mAh 26650 Li-ion Batteries
• Adjustable Lanyard
• 2x O-Rings

Note: Ensure the flashlight is turned off or stored securely after use to prevent accidental activation, which could drain the batteries; the magnetic side switch can be sensitive. Use the included 26650 batteries with proper polarity (positive terminal toward the head), and remove any insulating film before first use. The IPX8 rating supports submersion up to 100 meters, but clean with fresh water and lubricate O-rings after each dive to maintain waterproofing. Handle with care during high mode to avoid burns due to heat buildup, and do not shine the light directly into eyes due to its intensity. Store in a dry place to maintain reliability, and acquire a compatible external charger separately.
