OPEN BOX – EXPO DISPLAY UNIT

The Sofirn SV87 is a 365 nm UV inspection flashlight for stains, security marks and fluorescent materials. 365 nm is the dedicated detection wavelength. It is not as visibly bright as a 395 nm light, which is the point: there is less visible leak, so markings and stains stand out more clearly in the dark and can still be used in normal room light.

Power is 5 W from a single 365 nm UV LED. The head zooms, so you can open the beam for a wider search or tighten it for a smaller, stronger inspection spot. The body is aluminium alloy. Length is 131–141 mm depending on zoom, with a 28 mm head and 25 mm tail. Weight is about 82 g.

It runs on one 18650 battery (included on the “with battery” version) and charges by USB-C. There is a single High mode. After use, loosen the tailcap to disconnect the battery and stop accidental activation when the light is in a bag or pocket.

Typical uses:

• Pet urine and household stain checks
• Currency, licence, card and passport markings
• Oil leaks and fluorescent dyes
• Minerals and ore inspection
• Scorpion spotting at night
• General fluorescent / cleaning inspection

Do not stare into the UV beam. Use it as a detection tool, not as a general white-light torch.
