The Sofirn SD06 3200 Lumen 472m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight with 21700 Battery is a compact, specialized light designed for underwater use, ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling, and emergency underwater tasks. For example, its 3200-lumen output can illuminate a path up to 472 meters underwater, ensuring reliable visibility. With a side e-switch interface, a robust build, and included external charging, it offers practical functionality. Featuring a 1-year warranty, this Sofirn SD06 for Outdoor Use suits divers and underwater enthusiasts.

Powerful Illumination for Outdoor Use
The Sofirn SD06 features a Luminus SFT70 LED with a color temperature of 6500K, delivering a maximum output of 3200 lumens with a beam throw of 472 meters, powered by an included 21700 Li-ion battery (5000mAh). It offers multiple modes, controlled by a side e-switch, with the following lumen outputs and runtimes:

• High: 3200 lumens for approximately 3 minutes (steps down to around 800 lumens for about 3 hours)
• Medium: 500 lumens for approximately 5 hours
• Low: 150 lumens for approximately 15 hours
The flashlight requires an external charger for the included 21700 battery, with charging time varying based on the charger (approximately 3-4 hours with a standard charger), and includes a battery indicator via the switch. It is IP68 waterproof (suitable for depths up to 100 meters) and features Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology, reducing brightness when the temperature reaches 55°C, though it may warm up during extended use, requiring careful handling.

Durable and Compact Design
The Sofirn SD06 is constructed from AL6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a hard-anodized finish, offering durability and corrosion resistance for underwater conditions like scuba diving or snorkeling. It measures 134mm in length (5.28 inches) with a head diameter of 36mm (1.42 inches), weighing 126g without the battery (approximately 176g with the included 21700 battery), making it portable for dive gear. The flashlight features a toughened glass lens with anti-reflective coating, a side e-switch with lockout capability, and a lanyard hole for added security, though its length may require secure attachment to avoid loss underwater.

Designed for Outdoor and Diving Use
The Sofirn SD06 3200 Lumen 472m Throw Rechargeable Diving Flashlight with 21700 Battery for Outdoor Use is tailored for divers and underwater enthusiasts needing a reliable light for diving, snorkeling, or emergency underwater tasks. For example, its IP68 rating supports dives up to 100 meters, while the 15-hour low mode ensures extended use for exploration, though the side e-switch UI requires practice to cycle modes (click to turn on/off, hold to cycle), and the lack of onboard charging necessitates carrying an external charger. The robust construction and lockout feature enhance its reliability, but users should avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity and rinse it with fresh water after use to maintain performance. The SD06’s affordable price, included battery, and waterproof design make it a practical choice for underwater scenarios, offering a balance of power and convenience, though users should plan for charging logistics and switch familiarity.

Note: Ensure the flashlight is locked (press and hold the side e-switch for 2 seconds to enter lockout mode) or stored securely after use to prevent accidental activation, which could drain the battery; the e-switch can be sensitive. Use the included 21700 battery with proper polarity (positive terminal toward the head), and remove the insulating paper before first use. The IPX8 rating supports submersion up to 100 meters, but clean with fresh water and lubricate O-rings after each dive to maintain waterproofing. Handle with care during high mode to avoid burns due to heat buildup, and do not shine the light directly into eyes due to its intensity. Store in a dry place to maintain reliability, and avoid dropping on sandy surfaces to protect the switch.
