The ThruNite TT20 Upgraded is the current dual-switch 21700 model. It uses a high-performance LED and a smooth metal reflector for 2010 lumens in Turbo and a maximum beam of 305 metres. Peak intensity is 23360 cd.

This is the upgraded TT20 (also listed as TT20 Black Upgrade / TT20 NEW). It is not the older ramping TT20.

A tactical tail switch handles power. Half-press gives momentary light. A full click gives constant on or off. A side switch cycles Firefly, Low, Medium, High and Turbo. Hold the side switch for Strobe, then click once to leave Strobe. Memory returns the last mode except Strobe.

Modes and runtimes, tested with the included ThruNite 5000 mAh battery:

Max throw: 305 m. Max intensity: 23360 cd.

Power is a 5000 mAh USB-C 21700 cell (3.6 V) included in the light. Charge the body through the side USB-C port under the rubber cover, or take the cell out and charge it on its own USB-C port.

Side-switch battery indicator:

• Blue: more than 21%
• Red: 11–20%
• Flashing red: under 10%
• Off: 0%

While charging, the indicator is red. When full, it turns blue. The indicator is off in Firefly.

Body is AL 6061-T6 with type III hard anodizing, an anti-reflective coated toughened glass lens, a two-way pocket clip and a smoother bezel so the head is less likely to snag in a pocket. Size is 142.5 × 29 × 26.5 mm. Weight is 100.5 g without battery. Rating is IPX-8 (2 m) and 1.5 m impact. Working voltage is 2.8–4.2 V.

Tighten the tail cap before use. Do not stare into the beam. Keep the light away from children.
