The Wuben G2 500 Lumen 36m Throw Rechargeable LED EDC Keychain Flashlight is a compact, multi-functional light designed for everyday carry, camping, and emergency use, perfect for keychain or pocket carry. For example, its 500-lumen output illuminates up to 36 meters, ideal for quick tasks or nighttime walks. With USB-C charging, a magnetic tail, and a slim design, it’s a versatile choice for EDC enthusiasts. Backed by a 5-year warranty, the Wuben G2 for EDC Use is a reliable, portable powerhouse.

Bright Illumination for Keychain Carry
The Wuben G2 features an Osram P9 LED, delivering up to 500 lumens and a 36-meter beam throw with 325 candela for a wide, floody beam. It’s powered by an integrated 280mAh Li-Po battery, offering the following modes and runtimes:

• Turbo: 500 lumens for 1 minute, then 150 lumens for 30 minutes

• High: 200 lumens for 1 hour

• Medium: 65 lumens for 2 hours

• Low: 20 lumens for 7 hours

• Moon: 1 lumen for 70 hours
The flashlight charges via a USB-C port (hidden under a cover), taking about 1.5 hours with a 5V/1A charger, with a charging indicator (red for charging, blue for full). It has no official IP rating but is splash-resistant, suitable for light rain, though not for submersion. The e-switch (long press for on/off, single press to cycle modes) prevents accidental activation, and the magnetic tail and detachable clip enable hands-free use. Prolonged Turbo use generates minimal heat, but caution is advised.

Slim and Durable Design
Crafted from aluminum alloy with a hard-anodized finish, the Wuben G2 is durable yet lightweight, measuring 58.5mm in length, 27mm in width, and 9mm in height, weighing 28g with the battery. Available in Black, Green, and Blue, its flat, slim design fits easily on a keychain or in a pocket. The detachable plastic clip and keyring attachment (with cam-lock mechanism) offer versatile carry options, though some users note the clip’s durability could be improved. The magnetic tail supports hands-free use on metal surfaces, but the magnet is weaker horizontally.

Ideal for EDC and Emergency Use
The Wuben G2 500 Lumen 36m Throw Rechargeable LED EDC Keychain Flashlight is tailored for EDC users, campers, and those needing a compact light for quick tasks or emergencies. For example, its 70-hour Moon mode is ideal for extended use, while the wide beam suits close-range tasks like finding keys or illuminating a campsite. The e-switch UI (long press for on/off, single press for modes) is simple, though some users find the plastic clip and lack of an official IP rating limiting. Avoid direct eye exposure due to its intensity, and keep the USB-C cover sealed for splash resistance. With a 5-year warranty, the G2 offers great value for its $20-$30 price, though the non-removable battery and weaker magnet may require planning.
